起源

创办人胡護先生,在一间酱油厂里当学徒, 勤劳好学的他掌握用黄豆,以传统方法酿制,成功的制成美味可口独一的酱青和酱油。在1943年就成立了一间酱油厂,命名为广和兴酱园。因著鲜味可口,与众不同的酱青和酱油,生意也因此逐渐上升。

1960年代初期为了扩展酱油的事业,搬迁到大成巷,建立了一间颇有规模的酱油园。1980年代因政府要发展大成巷的地方,酱园就被迁移到德福工业区。广和兴至今己有60多年的历史。
